I'll be honest. I'm not a big fan of veggies. Being a Lahori means devouring amazing food which is more often than not, meat based.
However since I'm getting older and wiser (?!) I've started to realize that veggies are good. Like they are really really good. Especially if you want to loose those last 3 kilos that won't budge. So I've decided to explore a few options. And I think this experiment went really well :D
What I'm having:
Main: Grilled zucchini sandwich with avocado and sun-dried tomatoes. Topped with a slice of fresh Pepper Jack Cheese.
Side: Salad made with fresh Enoki mushrooms and Chye Sim mixed with soy sauce.
